4. Temporary Server Issues: Our servers might be experiencing temporary issues
5. Subscription Status: Verify that your subscription is active and payment is up to date
If none of these solutions work, please contact our support team with your account details and a description of the issue.

To sign in to your FreePDFConvert account:
1. Click on the 'Sign In' button (located in the top right corner)
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click 'Sign In' button

Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you created your account.

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily recover your account:
1. Go to the FreePDFConvert sign-in page
2. Click on 'Forgot Password?' link
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click 'Send' button
5. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email
5. Click the reset link in the email
6. Create a new password following the security requirements
7. Sign in with your new password

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try again. If you're still having issues, contact our support team.

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your FreePDFConvert account
2. Go to your Account page
3. Click the 'Cancel' button
4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
